	Our Biggest Event of the Year!

	Arts Jam 2012 and the Kyrene Honors Band Festival Friday, March 2, 2012 5 – 9 pm at Mountain Pointe High School Kennedy Center School of Distinction in Arts Education It’s an exciting evening of talented student performances, art displays, and the best entertainment silent auction in town. Best of all, it’s free! And we invite the entire Kyrene and Tempe Union community. We are asking for donations from local community members and businesses. If you’d like to donate • tickets • goods • services please contact us! We promote every donor on our website and at the event, which this year (as you may have noticed) will be at the award-winning Mt. Pointe High School in Ahwatukee. We’ll have the Kyrene Honors Band, the Ahwatukee Community Band, and more acts and artists—stay tuned for more updates! If you’d like to support the teachers and programs that change children’s lives, or simply promote your business in a positive way to hundreds of local families, please consider donating to the Arts Council for Youth. Art Rocks! Student Art Show at Hoodlum's Music in Tempe - Thursday, February 02, 2012

Our Art Rocks art show featuring student art work from Marcos de Niza and Kyrene Middle School runs through January at Hoodlum's Music, a local record store by Changing Hands bookstore on the SW corner of McClintock and Guadalupe Road in Tempe. Stop by to support local art students and a great indy business!

All donations to Arts Council for Youth are tax-deductible and used to support Arts Programs, Students, and Educators in Tempe Union, Kyrene and Tempe Elementary public schools.
